Understand plans, free trials, upgrades, and how to manage your subscription.
Dudley offers three plans so you only pay for what you need today.
Plans at a glance
- Basic — clients, revenue, expenses, and inventory for up to 5 users.
- Pro — everything in Basic plus billable hours tracking, Teddy AI chat, organization-wide MFA, advanced projections, and priority support, for up to 10 users.
- Enterprise — custom pricing and terms, dedicated onboarding, and unlimited users.

Add-ons
Some capabilities can be added to any plan:
- Teddy AI chat — included with Pro, available as an add-on for Basic.
- Extra seats — add users beyond your plan limit, billed per seat.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a free trial that includes full Pro access. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Manage your subscription
From Settings → Billing you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade at any time (changes are prorated).
- Update your payment method.
- View and download invoices.
- Cancel — there are no long-term contracts on Basic or Pro.
